If you have not received the messages marked "PAIDMSG" then you have not been charged the premium messages fee. This may because your account lacks the required credit or does not have premium messaging enabled. Note that the "FREEMSG" messages do not contain the full Check, and as such details of an important warning may be missing. Contact your service provider to enable service if you do not receive the "PAIDMSG" messages.

All our data comes from trusted sources such as the Government, the Police, DVLA, MIAFTR and finance firms. This data is made available to us on the basis that it is either a matter of public record or it is in the public interest for this data to be viewable.

The original generator of the vehicle check has the option to make the page "unlisted" by operating the appropriate toggle option when viewing the check page. Once the check is set to "unlisted" it will only be discoverable by people that have the check's uniqie identifier or URL.

Invoices are available on the my invocies page. You must be using the same account, or session, as the original purchase.

You must also be logged in and have an account in good standing. If you do not have an account or do not supply suitable profiles for us to review then unfortunately we will not be able to respond. Use the "I still need help" button below to send us your details and a brief outline of how you intend to use mycarcheck vehicle checks in your content.
